We all know robots win elections. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that the Obama robot led to Obama’s victory. It was made by a University of Florida Democratic group.

Joshua Simmons, former chairman of UF’s “Gators for McCain” group, interrupted a call with a reporter while stumping for his candidate when he spotted the Obamabot, above. “What is that, a robot? It’s holding a sign that says ‘Powered by hope,’ ” he said, adding, “I don’t think [that power source] is entirely accurate.”

To Joshua and on behalf of the Obama-bot I simply say, YES WE CAN.
