In addition to autotuning your voice, you can now even replace your keyboarder, guitarist, and drummer with robots. Spruce Deuce, created out of plywood and HiTec airplane Servos by Steve Averill, is a robot designed specifically for playing the drums.

For a prototype, it isn’t all that bad at actually playing. The robot holds the drum sticks almost perfectly. It’s able to double tap the drums and it can keep a beat! Controlled by a Highly Liquid MD24 MIDI servo controller, Spruce has much potential to become a true rockstar. Watch out All Time Low! You got competition!
