Does that sound creepy to you? We hear ya. Ibis’ upcoming Sleep Art project is cool, but, well… Ew.
Ibis hotels in Berlin, London and Paris will let 40 applicants sleep on beds that have 80 sensors. These sensors translate your movements, sound and temperature into art. Acrylic paintings to be precise. Painted by a robot. Well, robotic arms connected through WiFi.
They don’t have cameras so they won’t watch you sleep, but they will still be there. This project will take place at Sleep Art hotel rooms between October 13th and November 23rd.
