The Sharpie Dotifier is a robotic arm paired with a stepper motor which allows it to move back and forth. The robotic arm grabs a sharpie pen and receives automated commands to dot out pictures. Like Sonic The Hedgehog in the video above. It uses 5 servo actuators to move the arm up, down and to grip objects. Pretty cool.
