Moogle Will Inspect Your Crawlspace

Daiwa House, the homebuilder, offers crawlspace inspections as part of its warranty service, and so Moogle is on the job. The robot weighs under 30 lbs, measures about 20 x 12 x 9.5 inches, and has a laser rangefinder, WiFi, and two cameras. It uses one for driving, the other for inspecting.

You can lease it if you are in that part of the world, for just ¥40,000 ($500) monthly or just go ahead and purchase one for ¥200,000 ($2,500).
