Roomba Saves Child From Deadly Snake

Roomba Saves Child From Deadly SnakeLooks like one Roomba has a confirmed kill. The corpse? A deadly viper. It shouldn’t be a surprise that the Roomba is capable of kicking some ass, what with iRobot being such a player in the defense industry. The autonomous vacuum cleaner took down the venomous snake while no one was looking.

It’s carcass was found mangled and wrapped around one of the robot’s rotating brushes when Eli and Efi Frida returned to their home. A home which they share with their four and seven year old children. “We were very lucky,” said Eli, “If the snake would have hid in the house and bitten one of the children it could have ended badly.”

Eli, you already have a robot in your house. That could still end badly. Now it has had it’s first taste of blood.
