Get A Robot To Beg For You

Perfect timing for this economy. Žicar is a “robot for the materially deprived and socially excluded.” What this means is that if you are down on your luck, he will beg for you. Because he can go places where you can’t. Places where begging for change is not allowed. You know, the usual. Shopping malls and other places where people with lots of disposable income turn up their nose at the likes of you.
He’s made out of old PCs and electronic junk, and he’s all open source. He does a pretty good job. On average, the robot was able to collect $7 an hour for charity. If you’re homeless, you can rent him. I’m guessing your new job is contracting a robot to get your money.
Cause you know, building a robot that collects money for the homeless is better than actually solving the problem. Video below.
