Chinese Farmer Builds His Own Robot Army
December 1st, 2008

Wu Yulu, a 46 year old Chinese farmer is just a simple guy. He has no degrees or fancy tech know-how, but over the past 30 years he’s built an army of 26 different robots. Wu’s skills at designing robots have improved since the first one. That model was Wu No. 1 and could barely handle small steps. Fat forward and Wu No. 25 is pulling Wu around in a rickshaw as long as 6 hours on a charge.

The real question is why? Why do it? Because I believe he is a villain who plans to take over the world. By Wu No. 50, some may even be able to push rickshaws into traffic. That’s right, I believe that Wu plans to kill us one at a time. Silly Wu.
